Technical SEO Specialist

We build modern, SEO-friendly websites using React and Next.js, with a focus on performance, scalability, and ranking power. We’re looking for a Technical SEO Specialist who can bridge the gap between SEO strategy and technical implementation, ensuring our sites are fully optimized for search engines and users.

Role Overview

As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing, optimizing, and improving the technical SEO health of our React/Next JS websites. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure that all builds follow best practices for indexability, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working directly with Next.js/React codebases.

• Understanding of international SEO (hreflang, geo-targeting).

• Local SEO knowledge (GBP optimization, NAP consistency, local ranking factors).

• Background in content SEO or keyword strategy.

• Familiarity with Headless CMS.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Technical SEO (3+ years preferred).

• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js SEO challenges.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript SEO and rendering issues.

• Proficiency with tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMRush.

• Experience with structured data markup (JSON-LD).

• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of server-side rendering, dynamic rendering, and pre-rendering techniques.

• Familiarity with CDNs, caching, and hosting environments.

• Ability to communicate SEO concepts clearly to developers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Mandatory English communication skills.

Responsibilities 

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits for React/Next.js websites.

• Ensure proper SSR/ISR/SSG implementations are search-engine friendly.

• Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) for performance and rankings.

• Implement and manage structured data (Schema.org) for rich results.

• Fix crawlability and indexation issues (robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags).

• Monitor and improve page speed, caching, and rendering issues.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into builds.

• Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and other SEO tools.

• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and evolving JavaScript SEO trends.

• Provide clear, actionable SEO recommendations to dev and content teams.
