Senior UI/UX Designer

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer who specializes in designing interfaces for web applications, dashboards, and complex systems—not simple websites. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, production-ready Figma designs for platforms like SaaS tools, POS systems, admin portals, and other digital products. This is not a front-end development role. 

What We’re Looking For:

• A designer, not a developer — someone who lives in Figma and creates elegant, usable systems. 

• Someone with at least 5 years of experience designing web-based systems or applications (POS platforms, SaaS dashboards, etc.) 

• A deep understanding of UI structure, component libraries, and user experience flow. 

• An ability to collaborate with product managers and developers to design smart, scalable, user-focused interfaces. 

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, modern Figma designs for internal systems, client applications, and digital platforms. 

• Design full UI/UX flows, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals. 

• Ensure consistency in design elements across all products by maintaining and evolving component libraries and design systems. 

• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and pixel-perfect execution. 

• Conduct internal user research and usability reviews to improve flows and interfaces. 

• Present design concepts and iterate quickly based on feedback. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex platform/interface designs, not just landing pages or marketing websites. 

• Expertise in Figma (component-based design, auto-layout, design systems). 

• Experience designing for SaaS, POS systems, admin dashboards, or similar web apps. 

• Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility principles. 

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. 

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.  

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how designs translate to front-end code. 

• Experience collaborating in tools like Jira, Slack, or Notion.
