High-performance, US-based company with a global remote team. System-level work, strict performance standards, and up to 65% yearly salary growth for top performers.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript to join our remote team.

This role is designed for engineers who thrive in high-performance, efficiency-driven environments. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling system-level applications, owning large features end-to-end, and contributing to architectural decisions.

We are a USA-based company with a globally distributed team across multiple countries. While remote, our standards align with US-based engineering and performance expectations. This is not a role for junior developers or those seeking a slow-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js and Nest.js

  • Design and implement production-grade, responsive front-end interfaces

  • Build and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and databases

  • Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems

  • Design and document system architecture, data flow, and ERDs

  • Own large features from planning through deployment

  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability

  • Collaborate closely with a distributed engineering team

  • Use Git for clean version control and collaboration

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently

  • Follow best practices in software architecture and system design

Why Join Us?

  • Location: Remote (US-based company)

  • Salary: $2,000 – $9,000 USD per month (based on expertise)

  • Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (standard office hours)

  • Paid Time Off: 40 days per year

  • Performance-Driven Growth: Quarterly and yearly salary increases

  • Career Development: Work on real, complex systems with an international team

  • High-Impact Role: Ownership, accountability, and fast growth for top performers
